Trip to Tsar Asen Mine

The holidays prompted us to come up with an adventure … So we decided to go to Tsar Asen village or to the Tsar Asen Mine. It is located in Pazardjik district near the town of Panagurishte. We left Plovdiv, got on the Trakia highway to Sofia and got off the Panagyurishte motorway junction. We went through the villages of Gelemenovo, Apriltsi and Sbor. We had to drive along a dirt road, but it was not scary at all. Before the village of Tsar Asen, the mine is visible on the right side. The area is dotted with numerous groves and springs. The mine Tzar Asen is the name of the village of Tsar Assen in the immediate vicinity. In the past, non-ferrous metals have been extracted here – copper, but after a reduction in mineral reserves, it has been decided to close down the mine, and many others in the vicinity. It is flooded with water and to this day, despite its heat and drought, there is water. While we were near the mine, we noticed that the area was quite visited. This surprised us quite pleasantly. The place is terribly beautiful. If you have the opportunity, definitely go and enjoy the beautiful view. After we left, we passed through the village of Tsar Asen and the village of Pishtigovo, there was an impression that there was a nest of stork on the way through a pillar, and there were dwellers in each nest. It was very beautiful, even on a tree for the first time I saw three storks that had settled down. Of course, we immediately stopped the car to take pictures of them. For 3 hours, we made a little excursion and gathered many positive emotions and energy.

After we left, we passed through the village of Tsar Asen and the village of Pishtigovo, we saw a nest of storks on the way through a pillar, and there were dwellers in each nest. It was very beautiful, even on a tree for the first time I saw three storks that had settled down. Of course, we immediately stopped the car take pictures of them.
